Terms of Use
License
Private Sweep grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices linked to your account, subject to Apple's platform rules. This license does not permit redistribution, reverse engineering, or use beyond the app's intended purpose. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store purchases.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing scan results before confirming any deletion. Private Sweep surfaces likely duplicates, blurry photos, junk, and large videos — but the final keep-or-delete decision is always yours. Deleted items move to Recently Deleted in Photos and can be recovered for 30 days.
Purchases
Private Sweep offers a one-time unlock that enables cleanup actions and repeat scans. Purchases are processed by Apple under your App Store account terms; restore is available on any device signed into the same account.
Changes to the app
Features, pricing, and scan behavior may change over time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of those changes. Significant changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.
No warranty
Private Sweep is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Photo classification is probabilistic — not every flagged item will be one you want to delete, and not every item you'd want to delete will be flagged. The app does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from defects.
